We, Arthur Yung And Associates Co Ltd, are a consultant firm providing engineering, project management, surveying consultancy services for private projects in Hong Kong.

We are looking for self-motivated candidates to fill the following positions:

 

Project Officer (Ref: PO-001)

Requirement:

• Degree in Building Surveying with minimum 2 years related experience.

Duties:

• Assist Project Manager to supervise and monitor the project.
• Handle tendering and contract administration issue.
• Carry out inspection to building, construction site and maintenance works.
• Prepare building submission plans.
• Coordinate and liaise with different parties (including client, contractor and relevant Government Department).
• Proficiency in MS office application such as Word, Excel, Project and Chinese Word Processing.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Independent and self-motivated.
• Immediate available or short notice is preferable.

 

Assistant Project Officer (Ref: APO-001)

Requirement:

• Diploma or above in Building Surveying and Quantity Surveying, Building Engineering or related courses.  Fresh graduates are welcome.

Duties:

• Assist project manager to supervise and monitor the project
• Assist project manager to handle tendering and contract administration issue
• Assist project manager to carry out inspection to building, construction site and maintenance works
• Coordinate and liaise with different parties (including client, contractor and relevant Government Department)
• Proficiency in MS office application such as Word, Excel, Project and Chinese Word Processing
• Able to work under pressure
• Independent and self-motivated
• Immediate available or short notice is preferable

We are operating on a 5 day work week and offer excellent fringe benefits, including medical insurance, bonus and 10 days annual leave (will entitle 1 day after 1 year service and increase progressively to a maximum of 14 days).  All personal data provided by applicants will be treated in strict confidence and used for recruitment purpose only.
